Hello Mr. Thomson,

I want to thank you for our nice stay at the Radisson this last week and to tell you about our experience.  We arrived on Thursday and stayed until Sunday and had a very pleasant experience.

Unfortunately we did not ask for a room with a standard mattress and spent the first night on an air bed.  The next morning I asked the young lady at the front desk for another room and was told none would be available until after 4pm and that I would just have to wait.  We were busy moving our daughter into her dorm so we did not have time to wait.  While walking back fo our room I met Rueban from housekeeping and casually asked which room location he liked best.  He was very informative, polite and professional, and even showed me one of the empty rooms facing to the rear.  He directed me to Lorenda from housekeeping, who was walking by, and I explained that I was waiting to move to another room.  She immediately told me there was a room available with a regular mattress and that it could be ready in less than 30 minutes.  She called the front desk to advise them of the room, and in less than 30 minutes we moved to what we think is the nicest location and with a great standard mattress.

Later that night I asked Michael Gilbert for available reservations on October 15th and 16th for the family weekend at NAU.  Again, I felt like I was a very important guest, because even though there were no rooms available, I felt that he was going to try to do his best to help us.

I just want to complement your three employees for their professionalism, courtesy, and helpfulness, in making us feel like we are important guests, and that they were trying to do their best to help and make us happy.

Our daughter will be at NAU for at least the next four years, and with employees like Lorena, Reubanand Michael we will surely make the Radisson our first choice during our visits.
